Ms. Fournier Will Not Stand for Re-Election to the Board of Directors
upon the Conclusion of Her Term as a Class II Director at the 2015
Annual Meeting of Stockholders
WAKEFIELD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Franklin Street Properties Corp. (the "Company" or "FSP") (NYSE MKT:
FSP) announced today that Barbara J. Fournier has decided that,
effective March 31, 2015, she will retire from FSP and resign her
positions as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Operating
Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. In addition, Ms. Fournier has decided
that she will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors upon
the conclusion of her term as a Class II director at the 2015 annual
meeting of stockholders. Ms. Fournier is one of the Company’s original
founders and has served on the Board of Directors since 2002.
